Project 12 - Audio

For this project, we used the same animation video from the last project and added sound effects using Garage band. It was hard adjusting the sounds to match every movement but I incorporated different sounds to create a unique sound effect.

Project 11 - Animation

For this project, we had to take 60-80 photos and make an animation using Photoshop and the timeline feature. I decided to take multiple photos of pencils escaping the pencil box and played around with the pencils and wrote my name using these pencils. Taking the photo was a harder process than the making of this animation.

Project 10 - Morphx

For this project, we had to create one short MorphX animation of ourselves in two separate periods of our lives. I chose a photo of me when I was 5 and recreated that photo. We used Photoshop to create this short clip by using the Timeline feature.

Project 9 - Art Project

For this project, we had to choose our favorite painted portrait and combine ourselves with this particular image. I chose Mona Lisa and I combined my face into it. Adjusting the color of my face to blend well with the original Mona Lisa portrait was very difficult. I had to apply multiple effects and color change on my face to get it that yellowish greenish tone. Also, I had difficultly playing with the shadows of the face to make it look more natural.

Project 8 - Somewhere

Image
For this project, we had to place ourselves in an environment where we have never been before. I chose to place myself in this particular environment since I miss being in the snow. The challenging part about this project was adjusting the color of my face to the environment and the surroundings. Creating the shadows was not difficult since there were already shadows from the tree.

Project 7 - Autocopy

Image
For this project, we used Photoshop to make our photos we took look significantly different from the originals. I played around with color and texture a lot for this project to make it look more surreal.

Project 6 - Poster

Image
For this project, I got an image of Lord of the Flies poster from the internet image search and tried copying exactly like the poster using Illustrator. I personally really enjoyed this project since I got used to using pen tool and it was nice seeing how exact I could copy from the original photo. The difficult part was getting all the details of the trees and leafs.
